Break Down简介:（BreakDown可以简称为BKD）

不要认为BreakDown只是街舞、Hip-Hop、说唱的一种舞蹈表现形式。

这里的BreakDown指的是硬核(HradCore)、后硬核（Post-Hardcore）、金属核(MetalCore)、死核(DeathCore)、碾核(GrindCore)、EMO情绪核(EMO Core&Scream Core)、新金属(Nu Metal)，还有最近繁衍出的新生流派“电子核”，等一些像这样类型的重金属摇滚乐中的BreakDown。

BreakDown在字典中没有准确翻译。字面可以理解为减弱，分解，破坏，间隔（指的是音乐上整体的RIFF段变化的段落）。

起源

其实，最早Breakdown的初现是在70年代中末期，产生于雷鬼(Reggae)音乐中让人们兴致勃勃地舞蹈的一种效果。那时的Breakdown只是一种电子音乐，并没有用上吉他激烈的失真、低音、闷音、和复杂的鼓点。

正式运用BreakDown是在80年代硬核(HardCore)刚刚在摇滚的大风暴之中崭露光芒时而出现的。可以说，硬核是最早繁育Breakdown的音乐流派。后来，随着重型音乐发展的趋势，更多的乐队为了增强音乐的重量感，开始创作出让人听了热血沸腾的一小段以节奏为主、旋律为辅的RIFF(音乐结构上的重复段)。像当今铺天盖地的金属核和新激流金属，都能体现出Breakdown。另外还有死核(DeathCore)，EMO甚至新金属(Nu Metal)、残死(Brutal Death Metal)、碾核(Grind Core)都会运用到Breakdown的技术。

有关解释

自从2000千禧年后的美国重金属新浪潮革命复兴运动【NWOAHM——The New Wave Of American Heavy Metal】出现的那几支金属核&Nu Thrash新激流乐队之后，【核乐】与【Breakdown】就成为了一个家喻户晓的名词了。

Breakdown其实没有你想象中的那么难那么复杂，它仅仅只是一段RIFF。这段RIFF不同于激烈的SOLO，从硬核开始，有很多乐队在编排上省掉了SOLO，取而代之的就是Break Down RIFF段：一种听了会使人振奋、甩头、冲动、想打人，让人进入到狂暴状态的具有信号形式的一段乐句。Breakdown的音色可以用五个字来形容：重、低、闷、稳、狠。本歌单挑选的歌曲涵盖了金属核，前卫金属，死核，后核，旋死等等风格。 [1]

体现形式

音色：Breakdown的音色可以用五个字来形容：重、低、闷、稳、狠。先说说吉他的降弦吧。想要跟着鼓手的双踩低音机关枪一起嗨，不降弦会很没感觉的。早在80年代，以Thrash(激流金属)为代表的金属辉煌年代中，就有很多D-A-F-C-G-C这样降弦弹RIFF的吉他手了。还有一些从新金属中脱壳而出的新激流乐队（比如早期的Chimaira）……呵呵。因为降了弦，吉他手在节奏上必须掌握好音色与节奏的颗粒感，这样才能稳住节拍。右手的琴桥闷音，左手强力五+护弦，都是体现Breakdown RIFF的给力因素之一。另外力度在BreakDown中会得到体现，这样才有“狠”的效果。

所以打Breakdown的吉他手是很累的，这将考验这些玩新浪潮重金属的吉他手们的体力是否充沛。还有一些吉他手会直接放弃左手，仅仅用空弦（六弦）打出Breakdown（比如大名鼎鼎的金属核之父——PANTERA吉他手DimeBag）。而现在很多的新派乐队都喜欢模仿哥德堡之声那样注重Breakdown的旋律性了，所以现在的Breakdown的音色是五花八门，样样俱全。

速度：在一些BreakDown RIFF中，与整体相比Breakdown的RIFF段会降慢速度或节拍，从16分音符降到8分音符（比如鼓手常用的底鼓和军鼓的前八后十六音符的切换），休止音符也会经常使用，这样才会有一种间歇、沉重、缓慢、稳定的声效。就拿大家熟悉的美国新浪潮金属运动中乐队们的作品来举例吧，像Chimaira的Dead Inside到最后的那一段Breakdown，音符跟节拍的明显变化，体现出了整体音乐沉稳缓慢又不失凶狠。还有LOG的《Now you've got something to d?e for》等等等等…但是，不是所有的BreakDown都会这样做的，有时候也会提速。这都是根据整首作品的律动性来改动速度的变化。

节奏：在一些BreakDown RIFF中，节奏感会在这段Breakdown中体现得更加复杂——吉他粗重的闷音，使用6弦并且降弦来交替打出多变的节奏和休止符的停顿，比如“抗抗抗 抗抗 抗 抗抗，抗抗抗 抗抗 抗抗 抗”，三连音五连音在Breakdown中不足为奇；Bass，这个巨爽的低音炮炸弹，除了在节奏上跟着双踩大炮走着自己的Bassline之外，还有直接用上效果器开失真——许多玩死核(Deathcore)的乐队们都认为这才是重低音的力量；

鼓手稳重的双踩，就像两颗电子加农炮在你脑海炸不停，加上那让左右声道都感到压力很大的双重镲片(Crash Cymbal），……虽然这些都没有冲击波——Blast beat那般凶猛，但也是让人热血沸腾、从头甩到尾的给力因素！！另外，说到鼓手，在Breakdown中都是一大重点，Breakdown也都是考验鼓手的技巧、大脑与身体协调性和即兴创作的时候。出色的鼓手往往能够编制出完美的RIFF让金属饭BreakDown与MoshPit们享受。舞台表现力(MoshPit)：许多玩Breakdown的乐队在台风上都会特别专注地去练习，为了就是在舞台上更加显示自己咱乐队有多么地能干。

甩头——这一大极限运动是体现Breakdown的经典表现形式之一。一般甩头分为四种：风车式、钟摆式、点头式、直升机式。当然，除了甩头和大规模地人海POGO圈之外，更能体现Breakdown的是一种更加暴力的形式，那是一种台下的金属饭们特有的招式，那就是一种称为Moshpit的打架。不，我的意思不是说歌迷与歌迷之间的打架，金属饭们从来都是有素质的人，不会恶意伤害其他人的。我说的意思是与空气对打。疯狂甩出双臂，勾拳抡掌，踢出回旋踢，降龙十八掌、佛山无影脚，这些中国功夫竟然会在Breakdown中体现出来？呵呵不过这可不是与空气过不去，这只是一种Rage形式，一种热爱摇滚的表现。

风格

不管是各种DJ，舞曲，还是任天堂核，这些音乐中都有Breakdown。一般都是在作品的中间部分。

这些Breakdown都很直接也很明显，并且这一段是音乐整体中最重最硬最狠的一小段。

区别

Break与Breakdown差不多，在硬核中常见，都是在整体音乐当中起到最重要的的一段。Break是硬核中独特的奏法，主要运用【休止符】来使节奏断开、间歇。当然，Break的节奏，与BKD比起来更复杂、分的不好让人迅速掌握。其特色，就是运用休止符，穿插在RIFF中，起到一种静音的效果。

区分方法：

重、低、闷、稳、狠，Break少了稳和狠。其中，节奏上的“断”，是区分Break与BKD的最好方法。
